• This building was partially completed, abandoned and deemed structurally inadequate. All site utility systems had to be removed and reinstalled in their entirety; interior finishes had to be completed and made operational/like new. The original building drawings were unavailable and the MEP systems were largely undocumented. This project was challenging and unique given the high risk, contractual requirements and high level of trust between owner and contractor.
